Heather's "computer desk" in her room. She may have been a clean person at school that year, but at home, we flip-flopped, my "home" room is rather tidy.

Heather in a walking trance (one of the many reasons why we broke up).

A third view, and a clear shot of Heather driving Crystal, only cuz I didn't know where I was going (naturally).

A fourth view of the high school. Wow, they have their own van.

Commentary
Well it certainly wasn't my first trip on the Cape, but it was the first time staying at my then-girlfriend Heather's house. As someone who can count the number of night-overs (sleep-overs are for girls) I did as a child on one hand, it was different being in someone's house without the fam, but after a year and a half of well-adjusted living on my own, it was pretty much no-sweat. I had already met her parents and one sibling. Just had to meet more of the family, including the in-house dog, Heidi.
The trip wasn't anything exception, we basically did "what couples do," minus going out to eat anywhere fancy since, c'mon it's the Cape. She took me to the beach (cuz that's what the locals do, even in mid-Winter) and by her and Jai's alma mater, Nauset Regional High.
